📏 Recommended Daily Amount

  • 1–12kg: 0.5 to 1 tsp
  • 12–25kg: 1 to 1.5 tsp
  • 25–40kg: 1.5 to 2 tsp
  • Over 40kg: 2 tsp

For bouts of diarrhoea, the amount can be doubled. Can be used daily or as needed to support digestive balance.
