It is 'bagota' jersey meaning that it is a jersey with great stretch whilst having a very soft (almost spongy feeling) texture. It is used a lot for kids pyjamas and makes the perfect Iggy Suit.

This suit offers full-body coverage and comfort, and the four-legged design is tailored to fit their slim frame while allowing for plenty of movement due to the stretch of the fabric.
